Christina grew up in an Army family, living in many places—including Germany—before settling in Olympia in 1992. She began her career as a paralegal before returning to school and earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Martin’s University in 2013. Over more than a decade in nursing, she has worked in critical care, telemetry, mother-baby care, surgical nursing, and healthcare management.

Christina’s passion for lactation began with her own breastfeeding journey. After experiencing challenges with latch and milk supply with her first baby, the compassionate support of a lactation consultant and family friend made a lasting impact. That experience helped her successfully breastfeed all three of her children and inspired her to become an IBCLC so she could provide other families with the knowledgeable, supportive care that meant so much to her.

Outside of work, Christina enjoys spending time with her three kids and family, gardening, Les Mills workouts, and exploring the Puget Sound. She is also involved with organizations supporting pediatric cancer families throughout the region.

My Approach

“My approach to care focuses on the whole person, recognizing that feeding and lactation are just one part of a family’s overall health and well-being. As an RN and IBCLC, I combine evidence-based care with a holistic perspective, taking the time to understand each family’s unique needs, goals, and experiences. I believe care should feel collaborative, compassionate, and judgment-free—providing practical solutions while honoring your intuition, preferences, and individual journey.”
